Robert Bryant, Jr. is an Award-Winning Youth Director and Community Leader with a remarkable journey of dedication and impact. Born in Compton, California, he's been at the forefront of supporting at-risk youth in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties since the early 2000s.
Robert's story is one of ambition and passion. He attended Ontario High School, graduating in 1996, and continued his education at Cal Baptist University and La Sierra University. However, it was his unwavering love for music that fueled his dreams. Following high school, he ventured into the world of music, performing, recording, and touring with Grammy-nominated artists like Jon B, Cuba Gooding Sr., Jesse Powell, and Digital Underground.
Driven by a desire to make a difference and inspire young minds to "Dream Big," Robert founded Mutivation Youth Services in 2005. His journey led him to explore the field of behavioral counseling, eventually working with organizations such as the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, where he excelled as a facilitator in Adolescent Anger Management and Family Co-Parenting for Riverside and San Bernardino County Family and Superior Courts. He remains a highly regarded referral for many school districts, probation departments, and local mental health organizations.
Over two decades, Robert's contributions have not gone unnoticed. His leadership and innovation have been recognized and awarded in various programs, including Youth Build Charter School, Inland Empire Life-Skills and Music Education Programs, Perris Lake High School College and Career Readiness, Mental Health Education and Awareness programs, Pal Academy San Bernardino Music Education, and the Perris High School Union District's Parent Engagement Leadership Initiative (PELI).
Furthermore, Robert's commitment extends to the community. He has organized and facilitated significant outreach events, such as "Building a Better Community" with Dr. Cornel West in Riverside, "Thanksgiving For All Homeless Outreach" spanning five years and reaching over 500 families, and the "Speaking Out Against Violence" Youth Concerts and Party Series, which he expanded across California. Robert Bryant, Jr.'s story is one of inspiration and impact, and his legacy continues to grow.
