I am an award-winning youth advocate, counselor, educator, and entertainment professional dedicated to inspiring young people to Dream Big and pursue their purpose. With over 30 years of experience across music, counseling, youth development, and education, I’ve supported thousands of students and families through programs that build confidence, resilience, and real-world readiness.
From performing and touring with R&B and Hip-Hop legends to mentoring youth in schools and counseling programs, my journey reflects one mission:
to empower every young person to believe in themselves and rise above their circumstances.
Today, I combine my entertainment background, counseling expertise, and educational leadership to deliver powerful speaking events, workshops, and programs that motivate students to dream boldly and achieve their goals.
Over Two Decades of Excellence
I started my youth counseling career at the age of 21 working with troubled children in boys group homes. Wanting to learn more about how behaviors develop into crimes, I went into my adult counseling career as the youngest Behavioral Modification Counselor at California Department of Corrections State Prison, California Rehabilitation Center - C.R.C. - Robert Bryant, Jr.
